All content on this website and within the Square Bridge application — text, images, logos, graphics, code, analytical methodology — is the exclusive property of Nerie Studio or is used under licence. Any reproduction, display, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without prior written permission. The client's data belongs to the client, as does content produced on their behalf and applied to their store.

4. Liability

Square Bridge is an analytics and optimisation tool for Squarespace Commerce stores. Square Bridge is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Squarespace, Inc. The service relies on interfaces provided by third parties — Squarespace, Google, Anthropic — which may change, be restricted or be discontinued. Nerie Studio cannot be held liable for unavailability caused by a technical change made by any of those third parties, but undertakes to inform the client and to display any unavailable data explicitly rather than present an incorrect figure. The client remains responsible for how they use the recommendations and for the changes they authorise on their store.

5. Personal data

The processing carried out by Square Bridge is described in full in our Privacy Policy. In short: Nerie Studio acts as a processor under the GDPR, and as a Service Provider under the CCPA/CPRA. Order and customer data is stored in the European Union (Ireland). No data is sold, shared for advertising purposes, or used to train artificial intelligence models. To exercise your rights: contact@julienlaumonerie.com. We respond within 30 days. If a complaint remains unresolved, you may contact the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr).

6. Cookies

The application uses one strictly necessary cookie — a secure session cookie that maintains authentication. It cannot be disabled without breaking the service and is exempt from consent requirements. No analytics cookies, no advertising trackers, no session recording. Our audience measurement script runs without cookies and without any persistent identifier.
